Facility Maintenance Technician

Knowledge/Experience: 

•  High School diploma
• 至少三(3)年的大型工业设备维修经验

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:  

设施工业维修技术员在设施维修主管的有限监督下，通过机构设施维修协调员制定的工作计划, 努力完成指定的反应, preventative, 并在此基础上预测相关设施的工作量, but not limited to, the following.

• 通过完成压缩机的预防性维护和预测性维护要求，确保机器和机械设备的正常运行, motors, pneumatic tools, bus/large vehicle lift systems, facilities infrastructure, lighting, plumbing, gantry cranes, hoists, pumps, production machines, and appurtenances.
• Follows diagrams, sketches, construction documents, record drawings, submittals, operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, manufacturer's instructions, engineering specifications, 并将相关文件通过硬拷贝或电子方式进行故障排除, repairs, installations, operations, maintenance, and other job function needs.
